Since 2009 Culture Vultures has created and run an arts and culture program , connecting the global with the local.  With Sefrou as our hub and ran outreach to  the rural areas and the imperial capitol, Fez, our portfolio principally consisits of, though is not limited to, artist residencies, community arts projects and artsian connections.
